How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Women Accessories Online (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Very beautiful bag, small that but bombovskaya, all super
Came very quickly (unexpectedly)!! Color, size-all as in the picture. Was well and neatly sealed. The only drawback is not very exactly sewn pocket, but with this you can live))
I came 29 days to astrakhan, a little remembered and the smell is straight well, such a pleasure, but not sharp. Small and compact)
This bag is very beautiful and well put together. It didn't have any weird smell and seems to be able to fit a lot inside of it. It's a small bag but don't let that fool you because inside it has a lot of space.Over all for the price I'm very pleased!
The bag looks good, the material is pleasant, the large white seams on top are a little confused, but for 1150r in our stores just shit) the package was packed in several layers was, the delivery is fast. My wife liked it. The bag smells, so it was sent to air.

Such fast shipping, faster than you’d normally get when getting it shipped from China. The product is nice to the touch and not as stiff as you’d expect, it does have a somewhat strong factory smell but I don’t mind since I know it’ll go away at some point. One of the leather straps is a bit crooked and so is the bee but who cares really? Really happy with the backpack! It’s pretty small, almost as big as a MacBook Air 13inch.
Just received this in the mail today! It took about two weeks to get to Texas. This bag is a little smaller than I imagined but that’s no problem to me as I love small bags. This handbag is gorgeous! It’s stitched very well. No threads popping out. The hardware is average. Nothing extraordinary. It can fit a regular 16oz water bottle (of the bag is empty lol) So far no complaints. There’s a “new bag” smell that should disappear soon. I will try to update in a month to see how it lasts with regular use.

Very cool bag-backpack! but miniature! but still fit: a large purse, a bottle of water for children, napkins, keys, phone. Super fast delivery-came in 7 days to moscow!! packed perfectly, with air cushion inside. The only lines in some places are stitched krivovato

As in the photos, it came well packaged, i don't know why i figured i was bigger haha, she's pretty flirty and apparently she's made with good materials, it has a strong smell, but i don't think it's something that doesn't take off over time, recommended i liked thank you very much ^ ^

The parcel arrived within 2 weeks in the tver region. Description accurate. Leatherette is good, the backpack looks great. Since many wrote that they expected a larger size, attached the photo in days of growth with a bag to understand the scale. The price at the time of the order about 1000r took during the sale. Order, will not regret☀
